His name is Emanuel Lombard, and he was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with every question or issue I had. ●But regarding my FINALLY ordered carpeting: Was disappointed that the " Free carpet install, now INCLUDING furniture moving " did NOT include the one kind of carpeting that I chose; even though the sign is large and right in front of the carpet I chose. It will be $1300 more for ADDED LABOR alone. I would've never wasted so much time redoing my flooring right now, had it not been for FALSE ADVERTISING on Home Depots part. I should also admit that I shop there in the Brandon store often, and usually, the experience is always nice.
