G SM review about company Bracken Plumbing Inc.

They just left my Mother's home in Live Oak for a new water heater. I could go on and on about how frustrating it is to make sure your older parents are taken care of when you live far away, but I don't think I need to. I could also go on and on about how irritating it is to have contractor after contractor show up with terrible high estimates, up-sells, and even trying to sell you on third-party financing...but I don't need to. Bracken is a BLESSING. True fact. Randy and his partner were so so good to my Mom. Their charges were what you would expect for a water heater swap and not some INSANE price. To heck with every one of those home repair matching sites. Bracken is smaller, the care more than you'd believe (like they way people used to,) and are truly your neighbor who happens to know plumbing. It feels good to say that and leave a review for them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am now without words. You made an old lady and her son far away so happy. Good things, -Kelly
