I was very impressed with Golden Rule specifically the technician they sent out to me Keith S. Very knowledgeable and professional but also treated you like an old friend. I felt very comfortable with their recommendation and they walked me through why they recommended it, and gave me some options. Overall fantastic experience service wise. The product installed was a whole home humidifier, so I’ll keep you posted on the equipment itself. Overall I would recommend. I LOVED that they waived their trip charge for me. I wouldn’t have done it at all had the trip charge not been waived to be honest.
