Katie Reed review about company Dover Plumbing

This company fixed a leak water pipe on the outside of my house several months ago. Yesterday I noticed that it was leaking again. By the way, this is the 4th leak in this same pipe. The plumber says that the lawn guys are hitting it with the lawn mower. i said i would pay extra to get it fixed so this couldn't happen. I admit that i used a few choice words when the guy started talking to me like i was an idiot woman. Then he said he would fix it for free. He drove away, and never returned. At about 4pm on fri night i called to find out what was happening. They had decided not to do the job, but didn't bother to call and tell me. The woman who i talked to on the phone said that it was my language that did it, since the owner is a Pastor. I guess i just got too much of being treated badly. I hope other older women don't have similar experiences with workmen.
