Such a terrible experience! The man told me he works on Frigidaire professional all the time and could come check it out. He looked at the fridge for 2 minutes and told me to replace it. ($2500 fridge that’s less than 2 years old) when I was trying to understand why he said to replace it he mansplained everything. Very frustrating person to deal with. Then when I was explaining what he said to me to my husband and father, my dad called him up asked why he didn’t attempt to find a leak in the Freon and asked why he charged so much to recharge the unit. He told my father it was because he didn’t know how to work on Frigidaire professional! He lied to me to charge me the $80 service charge. Total rip off. He’s a liar and a con man. Use another service!
