Austin Reno review about company Paul's Plumbing

Very unprofessional in my opinion. I had an estimate done on some serious work to refinish my basement. I and my fiancée had taken time off of work to get the entire basement done. John (the owner) said it would be no problem to get it done. I called him the very next day to start the work and he did not call back. I left several messages and he still did not call back. I am now currently trying to find another plumber last minute to get this work done in the little time I have to get my basement finished. I would STRONGLY recommend you find someone who takes their job more seriously and doesn't just walk out on potential customers without so much as a word or phone call back for days.
