Very rude. The lady answered the phone and asked to put me on hold and without me saying anything did it anyway. waited 8 mins then she came on the phone and said, "what do you need." Told her my name and who I was with and before I could finish she said not interested and hung up on me.. I was not selling anything. Was trying to see how much something would be for my grandparents house. Don't plan on calling to use them again.
