Leah Stewart review about company Preferred Plumbing, Inc.

We bought a new construction home and preferred plumbing added an upgrade to our master bathroom sink. In less than a month the sink hose had a major leak causing damage to our bathroom. Preferred plumbing came out to look at it and left. They did not tell us what was going on. They just left without fixing it or giving us any information expect that they needed to call our builder. I called preferred plumbing three times the next day and left a VM but they did not return our call. I contacted my builder who told me preferred plumbing is saying it was a manufacture problem and will not fix it. What a horrible company. I would never use them and they did not stand by their work.
