Yan Miao review about company Gas & Plumbing Services

Recently, I called a guy to check my gas hot water heater from this company, before he come, I already un-screwed my heater and I knew the machine is leaking. When he come, I asked him how much to fix it? He said he need to ring office because he is new to company, then I asked him how long for warranty ? he rang back to office again, and then I asked him how much to replace new one, of course, he rang back to office again, this time, he passed his phone to me to talked with office, because he couldn't answer all of questions. after it, I decided not to use this company because I think they are not professional. 3 days ago, I received an invoice from them, they charged me 1 hour labour and vehicle charge. but I thought the guy only stay at my home around 5-10mins, so I rang back to their office, the man from office said they charge the time from workshop & return, which is 25mins, and another 35mins at my home. but at fact, only 3 phone calls from my home, which is much less than 35mins. They charge $98+GST per hour, which mean it's very professional skill price, but they can send out a guy who couldn't answer any simple questions. I will never use this company again. Shan.
