Sabine H review about company Alsop Plumbing

Several weeks ago I called them to fix a leaky faucet. The bill came to over $100, including one part. The part charged was twice the price than what it would have been in the store. A little washer and seat were also replaced in the repair. When the faucet started leaking even worse a few weeks later, I called them, because "parts & labor" were guaranteed for 90 days. A faulty washer was blamed for the problem, the one they had used in the initial repair. Imagine my surprise, when I received a bill from them stating that the labor was free, because it was a recall on a repair, but then they turned around and charged me for the parts. The same parts they had used in the first repair and had declared defective. So what happened to "parts & labor"? I had used them for many years, but this is a definite way to get rid of a loyal customer. Time to find a new plumber with more integrity. Update: Now, just a few weeks after I wrote this review, it is already leaking again. Alsop plumbing was a waste of my very hard earned money.
