Charlie showed up on time, called beforehand and completed the job within time allotted, customer service with EF Winslow was very understanding, Charlie even helped me with an outdoor shower problem in the time after the fact. Worksmanship was fabulous, everything was securely drilled in, marked and prepped for hydro board and tile, shower head isn’t quiet in yet but I was blown away by the quality of work coming from Charlie. Will most certainly be calling when the next disaster comes calling.
