Dennis Duff review about company R T Moore Co Inc

asked R. T. Moore to run a water line for the ice maker in the garage. Connected to water line of refrigerator in kitchen. Then put a 3/8" plastic valve in garage. Told me to go to Lowes and get a line 3/8"x 1/4". After 1 hour in Lowes found out there is no such water line. All ice maker lines are 1/4" x 1/4". Talked to manager next day and he stated they would not come out and put a 1/4" valve in. Plumbing company that does not know the size of water lines or come back out to make needed repairs is off my list. Very upset with service. P.S. Was told they would be here 8-12, then received call it would be 12-2. At 2:30 they showed up. One whole day wasted and still no service!
