I wanted to start to thank Sylvia, she is very accommodating very respectful and responded to my call and set me up an appointment right away. Through the tone of her voice I can tell I will be in good hands and my water heater issues will be fix. She called me and even reminded me on my up coming appointment. Secondly, I wanted to thank Cliff who really did a great job on fixing my water heater in only few minutes, I was impressed! He also checked pipe fittings for potential leaks and I can tell this person’s MISSION is to make sure we are 100% safe around these equipments. He is straight forward and gave me some excellent advices and recommendations for my water heater in order to be earthquake safe. Overall, I will recommend Performance Plus Plumbing to my family friends and relatives in their plumbing needs. I would like to give 6 stars on todays Performance Plus Plumbing service. Thank you!
