Angela Martin review about company East Coast Plumbing Co Inc
They came out on Thursday said they couldn't complete job until Monday. Then our water heater quit on Friday. They finally came late Monday morning. When the plumber left, he didn't finish the job, gave us a higher price and left us with electrical work which needed to be done. We thought that was included for the price of putting the water heater in. He also didn't minus the $95 house call we paid on the first visit which they said we would get back. We will never use them again and will tell everyone what terrible job he did.
This company apparently has a policy that if they stop by your house, it's an automatic $120 charge even if you've already given them money for a job....
Plumber sat in his van for over an hour. Given a non itemized bill for what should have been a two hour job. $465.00 for what should have been a two h...
