The Queen of Scream review about company Maine Electric

Setting up an appointment was made easy by Sharon. She was very personable and professional. I told her that we needed 2 separate things checked out. She noted the discount that I had seen on their site and the 2 issues we had. She passed it all on to the plumber. Julio came out, diagnosed the issue and gave us an estimate. The price was reasonable and discount was applied; which made it even better. First problem, (and an additional small drip that I had forgotten about), was fixed and plumber started to pack up. I asked him was he going to check 2nd problem. He told me that I told him "never mind" when he asked. I told him that I absolutely did not and repeated what I said. He repeated a few more times that I told him I decided against having 2nd problem looked at. I was insulted. He finally checked it out and no work was needed. I did tip him in the end, which I probably shouldn't have. In the end, Dad was happy, so I was happy. I would have given them 5 stars, but arguing with the customer is unprofessional at best!
