My mother arranger with Andrew to call and check my gas appliances,as I'm a landlord and require the checks to be completed every 12 months. After arranging an afternoon, my tenants waited in for him to visit. However,Andrew didn't show. Not only did we not receive a call to make us aware,he was unable to make his appointment but when my mother called the number she had booked him on,he had someone else answer and say she had the wrong number. Very unprofessional!
