Heather Romito review about company S M & M Plumbing & Custom

I called for a leaking tub and set up a time for them to come. The guy said he could be there, but then he showed up a day early while I was at work. I wouldn't have even known if my roommate hadn't been there to answer the door (so I would have been left wondering the next day when he didn't show up at all). When I called the guy about that, at first he was snippy with me! After realizing that the phone number he had for me was wrong and that he'd talked to somebody completely different, he set up a new time to come.Then I get a message (from his wife) saying nothing more than they cannot handle the job (and no reason why) and a few moments later get a text from my roommate asking when the plumber was supposed to show up. Thanks a lot? And I'm pretty sure he mentioned in passing a couple of times that they don't do "upstairs". What? Customer service was horribly handled and I didn't even get to find out what kind of work they do.
