AVOID!We choose them cause they 've give us a cheaper quote...then the quote went up £250 in between cause of the pipes work..then the £250 become for the filter and wireless control(wich were included on the quote paper)And cause they were included the £250 extra were for them to take the call...we always have a "Misunderstood ".for our "misunderstood" we had to pay £150 extra for pipework.my boiler is not straight and they will not fix it.in my kitchen there is no heating and they will not fix it.no matter what will always be your fault cause they can t fix it for no money. Don t look at the promise : first years service extended guarantee top service 10 years labour...once you pay the bill with an invoice with no number they will disappear as soon as they can.an advice:To be on a safe side make sure you track all the conversation with them cause they 'll change version 100 times.
