Matt Steinman review about company Home Services at The Home Depot

Doors/ windows department is useless. Ordered custom interior doors from Jeld-Wen, that took over a month to receive, then come to find out all the pre-drilled hinges were all different sizes (after I spent about 6 hours painting them). Ken in that department was not helpful at all. Didn't even apologize for the mishap. Blamed Jeld-Wen for the mistake and wrote a note on my account saying their Jeld-Wen rep would be calling me today....I'm still waiting....waiting...... Never custom ordering anything from Home Depot again. What a nightmare.
