I had JMS express plumbing n out to change a valve that had corroded and began leaking at my home in Burbank. I was worried it would eventually completely fail and flood the area around our water heater and furnace. I also needed an out-of-code saddle valve tapping a water line for an unused humidifier removed per our inspection. They clearly explained how they were going to address both issues for me. Even with a trip to the store they were in and out within an hour and a half. The pricing seemed competitive with other quotes I received. If I have future plumbing issues, I'd call them again
