David Baker review about company Enviro-Serv LLC

Do not hire this man. He takes your money and does not file documents with Deschutes County. He doesn't keep his certificate up to date. He held up my building permit for three months. It wasn't until I paid the filing fee again to clear my ATT septic system to build a new house. Tom Noice needs to be taken out of business. I am filing a complaint with the County and the ATG's office.
