Wish I could give negative stars!!!! They were contracted through American Homeshield to unplug a drain. They called me and I explained what was going on and was told they have to call the warranty company for authorization. They called me back and said because of the flooding my septic is full and I need to call a septic company. I tried telling him that every shower, toilet, and sink work with no backing up. So I called. The warranty company and they said the contractor said it's my septic so the warranty does not cover. They also said the plumber tried to call and I would nor answer. I called warranty today after finding another company for reimbursement, they called the plumber and they said that there is bo way to get to me because the bridges are out and no way too get to me. This company is coming up with excuses and telling me one thing a and the warranty another. Now I'm stuck with a 160 dollar bill. I have phone recordings of all of this. I will be sending the bill to Mason's plumbing as well as filling a complaint with the BBB.
