Gerald Petric review about company Ken's Plumbing

My call for service was promptly answered by Vickie. She was very helpful in scheduling an appointment for the same day. I received a call letting me know when the technician (Keith) would arrive, actually even before my scheduled appointment, which was much appreciated. I discussed the service that was needed, and Keith provided good information of what parts he would recommend and why, and quoted the cost for the repair before starting any work. He completed the work in a professional manner. If fact, before Keith left, I requested a quote for additional plumbing work that would be scheduled for a future date. I would definitely recommend Ken's Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. On Jan. 30, 2020, I had additional plumbing services completed at our house. The service provided by Keith with Ken's Plumbing was very professional. There was a discount provided for the this service call, but when you consider 6 hours of labor, including trip charge, plus parts, which included 15 supply line stops, one supply line to the dishwasher and 3 toilet wax seals, the cost was over $3,100, or $516 per hour, which seems high.
