Neal Christensen review about company Black Diamond Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air

I've used them for a few projects and have been happy so far. They were definitely more expensive than some, but the reps were very professional, and sometimes it's worth paying a little more for better labor. On my most recent project I did have a small issue with the work that was done did not match my expectation, it wasn't wrong, it was just different than what I had in mind. After discussing with the sales manager they acknowledged that while they did do what was requested what mattered at the end of the day was if I was happy. They came out to fix the work the same day, I'm sure at a lose to the company. Very common for big box stores to react this way, very uncommon in the home improvement industry. Definitely worth paying a little more to work with companies that take care of their customers like this.
