They never answer their phone, it s not a company, some small silly thing in trenton, you can barely hear the answering machine,,,, it s a girl talking (while chewing gum!!) one word, IT IS NOT A BUSINESS, IT S a crappy scam, unfortunately I am forced to call them due to home-warranty assigning me to this cheap thing..
