I called to see if someone could come do a quote on a repair that we need done, and was told that's something they don't really do. I told them we were renting through U.S. Steel, and before I could explain anything further, he cut me off and very rudely said "I wont' do work for U.S. Steel, mkay?" I was barely able to say another word before he said good bye and hung up.
