Jerry Oliver review about company Plumbco

Terrible. Don't use use this company. They price-gouge and the customer service is horrific. I paid over $500 for a valve replacement, and they couldn't so much as provide me with an itemized receipt. I called 4 or 5 times over a few weeks and kept getting told I would get a call back, which never happened. When I called back again today, the person who answered the phone demanded that I be professional when I wasn't using a harsh or tone or language.
