I was beyond impressed with my technician. He asked permission to come into my home, wore booties on his shoes to keep the dirt out, and was very professional and informative. He made me feel very safe and even played with my dog a little to get him to calm down. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was out in about 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again!
