This was an after hours emergency call. Had a hard time finding someone who could come out even though their hours said 24/7. Everyone was either coming the next day or two including Air One. Although Air One did call back and said someone could be out in about 1-1 1/2 hours. Richard arrived about 20 minutes later and was here for about 45 minutes or more. And now am happy that we have heat!
