Jenny Dunn review about company Modern Septic Inc

Called and setup an appointment. Left work early to be there for the truck to show up. An hour after my appointment I call to find out why the truck didn't show up. They say the truck cleaned out a neighbors tank on another job and told me the truck would be at my house in an hour. 3 hours pass and still no truck. They never showed up. I lost my time at work and my Friday evening waiting on a truck that never came with no explanation and no one answering my phone calls.
