If you have a plumbing problem please DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. M y water heater was leaking it was old. I have American Home Shield and they dispatch B&B. They said I had some code issues and wanted to charge 1300 this did not include the water heater that AHS was going to purchase. I called a certified plumber who was with HISD for 26 years and now is a City inspector, a promotion and he charged 200.00 and it took 1 hour and 15 mins to do. Crooks is what they are.
