He knew every aspect of each system and the pros and cons of the many different configurations available. Finally he went above and beyond by putting together many different proposals so I could see the cost and compare the different options. His presentation, knowledge and willingness to answer all my questions (on weekends as well) sold me. Finally, Barron’s quotes were competitive with the others. When the installation team showed up, I was instantly reassured that I made the right decision. Ray Hall and Brad Robinson know their trade and every aspect of the installation they were precise, and professional. They were willing to explain the whole process and taught me a lot of how my system works. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Amazing service, great value and the highest quality installation and system available. I purchased a Daikin system and am extremely happy with its performance and it is so quiet!
