Don't use this company if you have a job that you have to keep. They will keep you waiting and waiting all day and then either don't show up or can't figure out the correct phone number to reach you and let you know they're either not coming or can't get to you before the end of the day. The office staff has no idea what customer service is all about and is just plain rude. In these economic times most companies are trying to keep their customers and provide good service. These people could care less about customers waiting 7 hours for a no show. No service and no apology is just not acceptable. Find another plumber.
