I am quite certain that, had I been a paying customer, rather than a tenant, the woman I spoke to a few minutes ago (16.25 21/1/15) at Smart Plumbing may not have been so arsey with me. I am feeling angry about her attitude, to be honest, as she immediately started to sound like she thought she was speaking to a child with an exasperated tone of voice and clipped syllables and spoke over me several times.
