Susan Young review about company NW Blue Diamond Construction

I wasted an entire three hours waiting for the owner to show up. When he didn't, I phoned them, and they asked if he could come still later today, or tomorrow. They had told me that he would be here between noon and three, which ought to be a wide enough window for them to schedule a guy, or at least to phone me if they couldn't make it. This was for a large residential job, about $10,000, to install a side sewer and pump at our home. You'd think they'd want to show up to bid on it. If they can't even get here to do the estimate, I imagine that it would be painful to have them work on our project. Give me a break. Wish I could charge them for my time.
