Jack Muratore review about company Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Central VA

2 years ago he fixed a leaking toilet. The sealing ring at the base of the toilet was old. No problem here with his service or so I thought. Then recently I had a leak in the same area. I assumed he did the first job right and thought it was the pipes near the toilet. So I called him to fix it again. After him digging a hole in my bathroom floor he ended up discovering that it was the exact same issue that he fixed 2 years ago. So $500+ dollars later and now a hole in bathroom for something that IMO he messed up 2 years ago.
