We have just had a new commercial boiler installed at our business. I was in charge of facilitating the change and Richard was professional from start to finish. It started with the quotation which was highly detailed and listed every aspect of the work to be completed. A date and timescale was agreed and the work was carried out promptly. We did have other quotes but were most comfortable with Direct plumbing & heating as the system they offered the most efficient and suited us best. The whole building 40+ radiators have never worked so well and we have individual controls for each area (3). A big thumbs up from everyone here for everything that was done !!!
