David D'Alessandro review about company Drainworks Plumbing & Septic, LLC

I received a text message when they were on their way. Steve introduced himself, assessed the issue and informed me what he would be doing, explained why and how long it would take. Although there was a very minor incident, Steve quickly acknowledged it and offered a discount off of the bill. Later, I found a gift card from Amazon at my door. This was in addition to the discount. Quality customer service is expected, but when there's an issue, does the company step up to the plate, acknowledge it and offer something to resolve it? In this case, Steve did. Thanks Steve and thanks, Drainworks!! Very satisfied!!!
