My home warranty company initially assigned me to Jacobs Plumbing, but when I spoke with him, he rudely told me that he doesn't work on tankless water heaters and I should find someone else. He actually did me a favor because I ended up with HUSBAND FOR HIRE. Best repair experience I've ever had! Art was very friendly, arrived on time, and definitely knows everything about water heaters! In fact, Art is a water heater specialist. He explained every step to me along the way and I never felt "left in the dark". None of the negative reviews on this site describe Art or his service in any way, according to my experience. I hope that people will not judge Art/HUSBAND FOR HIRE by those negative reviews without also considering his responses to them. I've used a home warranty service for many years and understand their limitations. Unfortunately, many folks do not, and unfairly choose to take their frustration out on the service provider. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Art at HUSBAND FOR HIRE and I HIGHLY recommend this Plumbing/Water Heater Repair Specialist! They're top-notch A++++!!
