WHO's stupid idea is it to put toilets on a shelf so you can not view them. I have purchased an AMERICAN STANDARD toilet in the past and I went by the salesman's recommendation... it was the worst toilet in the world... always dirty after flushing. If I had been able to view the inside I would have realized it was a bad design. Not only that the stupid toilet kept breaking down.
