Waited almost a month to get an estimate. The estimate showed the wrong parts. I told them about it and they still showed up with the wrong parts. While working on my system the tech got a call about another customer and left my job unfinished. Got a bill a week later; higher than the estimate with extra charges not agreed to and a note saying 'job complete'. Asked for a call from the owners - nothing. Asked when they'll finish the job - nothing. I had high hopes from these people when they came out for the inspection, but they failed miserably.
