We purchased a house and about a week later the hot water heater stopped working. I found a invoice with 1 year guarantee from absolute best plumbing dates 5 months prior. I called them the woman who answered the phone was professional but not friendly. No problem with that, I was told the tech would call back shortly Waited till the next day then called to see when could I expect that call. Put on hold and heard a few people talking in the background, then hung up on. Called back and got hung up on, tried a while later and hung up on again. Found another plumber they are scheduled for the morning
