I have never had such a bad customer service experience than I did when dealing with Thorton's Plumbing. Their fees are outrageous!! The owner of the company should be ashamed as an owner on the way he handles dealings with customers and ripping them off. Do not even pick up the phone and call them, you will be waisting your time. There are plenty of other companies in Jacksonville that can provide plumbing needs.
