No stars would be more appropriate. I called them regarding a leaky pipe in my vacation house in Wilmington, they said they'd be out right away. They ended up going out a week later after many phone calls and promises they were on their way. Great, problem taken care of... not so fast. Two months later I needed another plumber to come out to fix their mistake that almost cost us the main water pipe into the house. Call someone else! Or don't call anyone, just deal with your issue because even that is better than Lane Plumbing and Heating.
