We rented a port-a-john from Antero for the past 10 months at a construction site. It was supposed to be pumped out and lightly cleaned every 2 weeks and supplied with hand sanitizer, a deodorizer and toilet paper. After the first month or so, the unit never got rinsed out and the hand sanitizer and deodorizer were not replenished. Since November, the unit was not pumped due to the cold. I asked the company to provide us a discounted rate, but received none despite the lack of appropriate maintenance. In addition, we asked that our onsite RV, which served as living quarters during construction, be pumped once a month (a $30 charge) after pumping out the port-a-john, However, the company repeatedly charged us for two RV clean outs each month ($60/month) despite me calling the office several times to question the extra $30 charge. Office manger insisted that the RV tank was being emptied every 2 weeks, but it was not. This borders on dishonesty.
