Jill Mason review about company Paradigm Plumbing Services, Inc.

"We called Paradigm Plumbing and told the plumber what we thought the problem was. He told us no the problem was not the circulating pump as we suggested but some other valve that would be $200.00 to repair. ln addition he told us that another valve had been installed wrong and to fix that would be an additional $50.00. We agreed to repair that as well. The next day we continued to have the same problem. Now they said it was the circulating pump which is what we said from the beginning. Now the additional charge would be $500.00! Not adjusting the price at all. Obviously their plumber did not know what they were doing. These things happen but the worst is that the company would not stand behind their mistake. I would never use them again or suggest anyone else to
