Called up Richard at 1:13 pm on Monday got an estimate over the phone. Said he would be at my house by 4:00 pm and he was. Talk about Responsiveness and Puncutaility, Richard knows the value of committment and time. He fixed the issue promptly and his charges were as he quoted even slightly lower.
