Elise Thompson review about company Home Services at The Home Depot

We ordered interior French doors with side panels back in September of 2017. It's now January 2018 and they are still not installed. The installer came towards the end of November to install the doors but he found that the doors were too big so they had to be reordered. According to the our tracking numbers, the doors have been delivered to the store. I called about it but got no answers to why no one has called us. They said they will call us back 5 days ago. Still nothing. It has been nothing but a nightmare working with HD. Never again! Update 1/20/18 The installer has since canceled our scheduled install date 3 times since the original post. One was due to sickness. We can't really blame him for that. Last week he canceled because he was scheduled for 3:00 pm on a Saturday but wanted to have longer time time to work on it. He couldn't come earlier because he was scheduled on another install. Why schedule it than? Today his excuse is snow. He has an open trailer. Use a tarp! He would have to cut pieces during install. Use our wonderful garage! We live in Utah people! Snow happens ever year. This storm has been talked about for a while. Prepare!!! Let's see what his excuse is next week.
