Arfy F review about company RPS Plumbers Bristol

After 16 hours of grief with google AD “emergency plumbing” companies promising to send someone round within 2 hours then making unbelievable excuses why their plumbers couldn’t now come, enough was enough. With water flowing through to the flat below all night as a result, I randomly started phoning local plumbers, which I should’ve done to start with. Richard Douglas of RPS Plumbers phoned me back almost immediately. He was round within 45 minutes, smiling, calm, unfazed, completely competent... and what I thought was going to be a nightmare was dealt with ultra promptly and efficiently. Richard was able to cut through a floorboard, locate the leak underneath, stem the flow, fix, and hey presto buckets of water in the flat below could go. All in an hour! I will never go elsewhere for a plumber. Completely recommend. Honest, polite, friendly, reasonable and absolutely reliable. Thank you, Richard. I’ve finally found a brilliant go-to plumber!
