Our boiler had stopped working and after a call at 3pm in the afternoon, Andy came the same day to investigate the issue. After fully diagnosing the problem, getting the immersion heater running as a temporary fix and giving us all the options that night, we decided a new boiler was in order (it was over 20 years old). Andy provided a quote for the work the following day and when compared to other quotes received, was the least expensive and included a number of benefits such as extended warranty as well as our experience of his workmanship and diligence the night before. Andy worked tirelessly throughout the replacement boiler job, was very clean, tidy and polite, even taking the time to show our inquisitive 3 year old what he was doing.
